Objective
To support all Sales activities of the Sales department to achieve targeted goals, customer satisfaction & revenue growth by handling Customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
Responsibilities/ Job Descriptions
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
- Identify the root cause of complaints in nature and works closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customer requests and questions. Responsible for handling escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations.
- Update on the internal database with a technical issue and useful discussion with the customer
- Ensure the inventory stocks and delivery schedules are in alignment and are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Develops relationships with customers.
- Prepares reports for decision-making.
- Other duties as Assigned
- Internal: All departments
- External: Customers, Office & Administration related suppliers
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Certificate in Microsoft Office, Internet & Email using
- Must be expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, and Photoshop application
- Minimum (2-3) years experience in Customer Service-related background in any sector especially in After Sales Service.
- Good communication skills in English
- Efficient Computing Skill
- Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Age should be under 30
- More preferred for a positive attitude, a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, obedient & hardworking
- Ferry Provided within Thanlyin, more preferable candidates who live in Thanlyin, Dormitory Provided.
- Salary is 4Lks to 6Lks depending on experience.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry Provided within Thanlyin Only & Dormitory will be provided
