Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Age is between 22 to 27 years old.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in related job.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must have fluent in Korean Languages.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Superb written, verbal communication skills and personal skills.
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.

Job Descriptions

  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
  • Customer service specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services.
  • They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well.
  • Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels.
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
    Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
  • Attending workshops and meetings as required.
  • Providing training to new customer service agents.
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times.

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5:30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
