Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads for our organization. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising.
• Plan and create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media channels, and email newsletters.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize the website content to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s social media presence, including content creation, community management, and paid social advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing objectives.
• Identify and explore new digital marketing opportunities, emerging platforms, and industry trends to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and industry trends, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Monitor and manage online reputation and reviews, responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized digital marketing projects, as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven work experience as a digital marketing executive or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with web analytics and performance tracking metrics.
• Knowledge of website design and development principles is a plus.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
