Job Requirements
- Any graduate.
- At least 3years experience in Digital Marketing field.
- Will give priority to those from a creative background with experience in fashion and lifestyle.
- Knowledge of social media channels.
- Fluent in Myanmar, intermediary English.
- Be able to think creatively and innovatively.
- Budget management skills.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Familiarity with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
- Flexible and results-oriented.
- Be able to lead a team and get their hands dirty.
- Organized and good with planning.
Job Descriptions
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, Youtube, TikTok, Website).
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate weekly reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with Marketing manager and other team members to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: One day per week & Public Holidays
