- ရန်ကုန်မြို့တွင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ မောင်းနှင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- လိုအပ်ချက်အရ တစ်ခါတစ်ရုံ နယ်ခရီးသွားနိုင်ရမည်။
- အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- ကွမ်းမစားရ။
- သွက်လက်ဖျက်လတ်ပြီး အလုပ်ကြိုးစားလုပ်ကိုင်ချင်သူ ကျန်းမာရေးကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
