Job Requirements
- Graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (EP/EC)
- At least 10 years’ experience in related field
- Must had experience in Manufacturing of Steel, Aluminum, Metal, Lead and Heavy Machinery
- Able to communicate with English proficiently
- Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards
- Able to use electrical tools
- Work in shift schedule when needed
- Able to work in 𝑴𝒚𝒂𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒁𝒐𝒏𝒆, 𝑯𝒎𝒂𝒘𝒃𝒊 𝑻𝒐𝒘𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑
Job Descriptions
- Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance (including trends) to the Lead Construction Manager
- Coordinate all activities of the group
- Usually involves work in several areas or functions that are often beyond the scope of standard procedures
- Manage the development of new products from the ideation stage through product launch
- Build and apply product and customer knowledge to identify new product opportunities and specifications
- Lead global, cross-functional, collaborative new product development teams
- Manage product category to maximize sales, profitability and ROI
- Develop and execute long-term category vision and forecast
- Manage relationships with strategic partners
- Provide leadership to the Electrical Requisition Team in the day-to-day activities
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM / and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Rotating with Duty Shift)
Holidays: One day per week
