  • Fin-tech Project Coordinator / Product Management Operations team member to join our growing Operations crew.
  • This individual will develop and deliver systems and processes across Payment gateway functions focused on the launch and iteration of our core products.
  • This includes enablement and support of product requirements, development, supportability, launch, go-to-market, and a focus on our user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent IT field.
  • A strong interest in working in technology and/or financial environments.
  • Age above 25 Years.
  • Able to travel.
  • Able to control technical documents and issues.
  • Able to use office suite application.
  • Must have an IT background (programming/coding) in order to prepare technical documents and documented IT projects.
  • At least 3years experience in the Fin-tech industry is preferred.
  • Payment gateway and payment processing-related knowledge is preferred.
  • Having experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
  • Solid organization, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to learn, able to work as part of a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA, Basecamp, JIRA, and Trello.
  • Experience building out processes that scale and working through ambiguity.
  • Complex project definition and management capabilities.
  • An analytical approach and aren’t afraid to dive into data with a demonstrated ability to pick up technical concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for innovative problem-solving in a quickly growing product environment.

Job Description-General

  • Coordinate all Project related activities.
  • Provide support to the Chief of Operation and process all pertinent documents of contract employees in compliance with the laws and regulations.
  • Undertakes all outdoor jobs related to the contractor, which mainly includes liaising with various Government ministries.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
  • Perform other tasks related as delegated by the Superintendent.
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the Chief of Operation, including sub-contractor management, worksite regulations, reporting, etc.
  • Project Coordinator to prepare regular written reports, summaries of issues, and action plans to the Chief of Operation and Management as requested.
  • Support to establish and maintain work plans and schedules to ensure the timely completion of deliverables, milestones, and final delivery.
  • Attend project meetings with clients in relation to execution schedules and billing schedules as well as approval schedules of design and specifications, and problems reporting.
  • All meetings with clients should be recorded in written form and a summary to be reported back to the Chief of Operation and management.
  • Support to establish and maintain work plans and schedules to ensure the timely completion of deliverables, milestones, and final delivery.

Job Description-Details

  • Coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Consult for the system integration, launching process, and after-go-live process.
  • Define the project scope of work, and manage the plan, implementation, and deliverable project.
  • Perform technical requirement analysis whenever needed.
  • Analysis of the task priorities and tracking the timelines for each.
  • Monitor the progress and adjustment the tracker of all changes depending on requirements.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure team and Development Team for necessary implementation, migration, and testing.
  • Service provider API document reviewing, testing, and re-designing API integration flow to meet our project requirement.
  • Set up team meetings, and maintain good project documentation and meeting minutes.
  • Modify and approve the technical integration flow document which is prepared by team members.
  • Prepare test cases and technical documentation.
  • Evaluate the problem and provide the technical solution to clients if there is any issue occurs.
  • Account Management responsibilities;
  • Manage Business Analyst(s) to lead client relationships.
  • Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into the product roadmap and showcasing our latest developments to clients.
  • Support the BD team from a technical and functional point of view, including the implementation of proof-of-concepts.
  • Interface with implementation teams, articulating customer requirements to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery, supporting initial hand-holding, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
