Job Requirements 
 • B. Com, CPA or other equivalent degree with ACCA and Financial Management Diploma .
 • At least 5 years working experiences of finance generalist fields and 3 years experiences in manufacturing company.
 • Proficient at accounting management system of ERP and advance Microsoft Excel .
 • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint – Presentation).
 • Experience as head of finance or senior finance leader.
 • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, costing, taxation and corporate governance.
 • Well knowledge on Government Tax Laws and experience handling all company taxes independently.
 • Understanding the financial planning, concepts and practices.
 • Excellent communication in written and spoken English.
 • Must be flexible, a team player and able to work well under pressure and deadlines.
 • Strong accounting knowledge and background, preferably in Financial Service Industry .
 • Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
 • Strong effective communication skills.
 • Strong financial management skills.
 • Excellent problem-solving skill with understanding the business process and system optimization .

Job Descriptions
 • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
 • Oversee Finance & Accounts Department’s employees, including accountant and cashier.
 • Oversee cash flow management                                                                                                                                               • Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks of the organization .
 • To make estimates of funds required for long-term financial objectives of the organization.
 • To complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast budget.
 • Lead in working capital management including Banks, Cash, Account Payable, Receivables, and Inventory • Manage full range of accounting, financial reporting, and control activities.
 • Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and processes and ensure best practices.
 • Review and update of Financial Management Policy and Procedure .
 • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
 • Initiate the following year budgeting work, well in advance by monitoring sales trends, costs inflations and inventory situation by giving feedback to concern department to ensure a good estimate for the following year.
 • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction Financial Analysis & Reporting.
 • Analyzing and checking of daily business transactions (expense, vouchers, income vouchers, etc.), posting to appropriate ledger account, AP/AR Control account, trial balance and final report.
 • Measure and report UP sales revenue against the Budget.
 • Calculation of pricing • Monitoring for staff salary and allowance.
 • Compare and check for monthly gross profit margin.
 • Measure Operating Profit and finally EBITDA, ROI, Working Capital, Total Capital Employed • Adhering to Company guidelines on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports.
 • Monitor stock movement and accrued working capital to maintain optimum stock.
 • Checking for purchase order • Checking for purchase order analysis, manage for ground check of warehouse and stock checking.
 • Checking daily transaction in accounting system are correctly posted by staff and intercompany reconciliation.
 • Daily bank reconciliation statement.
 • Engage internal auditors to monitor cash collections, expenses, and various segments of customers, wholesalers.
 • Monitor for warehouse management.
 • Identify training needs and career development opportunities to drive a high-performance team.
 • Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
 • HR issue, Admin issue, Motor Vehicle issue, Company rules and regulations.
 • Fire insurance, fixed assets management, ISO system checking, trained to finance staff.
 • Internal auditing structure.
 • Monthly, Quarterly of IRD taxes filling process.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday , Public Holiday
