DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with oversea suppliers for international trading
- Deal with customer/supplier in order to follow up on import documentation
- Prepare and follow up on all important documents such as Letters of Credit, Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading,
- Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Form E, Form D, and other related documents
- Arrange documents related to Import/Export procedures
- Planning shipment and coordinating with the team for coming shipment
- Coordinate with shipping agent and vendor to ensure smooth clearance service in a timely and accurate
- Ensure and monitor the custom clearance to be in compliance with laws and regulations
- Improve and control the cost of import/export clearing to be cost-effectiveness
- Good management skills for the team
QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- University graduate, preferred in logistic field operation and sales & marketing diploma plus
- Typically require 5 years of Import/Export experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Transportation and at least 2 years in a manager position
- Good in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good in English speaking and writing with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work in deadline condition
- High level of accuracy and reliability
- Salary is 15- 20Lks depending on experience.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
