Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITY
Business Development

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the business unit
  • Encompassing key aspects like production, pricing, sales, delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting comprehensive research to pinpoint and capitalize for business growth.
  • Developing innovative solutions tailored to address specific client requirements.
  • Taking accountability for budgetary oversight and diligently tracking the financial well-being of the business unit.
  • Strategically assessing and making well-informed determinations concerning investments in inventory, equipment, infrastructure, and human resources

Sales

  • Managing and leading the sales team to reach sales KPIs.
  • Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and individual sales targets.
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.

Marketing

  • Maintain high standards of excellence and high-quality content on social media platforms.
  • Develop the Marketing strategy and plans to deliver increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty, as well as helping the growth of sales.
  • Keep up to date with competitor and market trends, share insights and adjust strategies
    accordingly.

Customer relationship

  • Building and maintaining client relations.
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • CRM systems and feedback.
  • Ensuring that departments deliver quality offerings to clients.

Operation

  • Identifying areas needing cost reduction or process improvement.
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity.
  • Providing guidance, support, and direction to the teams and resolving issues and risks.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Monitoring and reporting on large project performance, status, and outcomes.

Vendor/Supplier

  • Maintain and develop vendor/supplier relationships, engage with them to obtain ongoing progress updates, and discuss and find a solution for issues, risks, and any other operational activities.
  • Discuss and negotiate pricing and time of production.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
  • Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Design/Sample

  • Motivating and encouraging internal and external designers/pattern makers.
  • Ensuring pattern drawings and designs are produced on time, set the deadline, to a high quality, and are easy to produce.
  • Overseeing the design and sample-making process.
  • Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.

Human Resources

  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions, spearheading the recruitment and selection process to onboard skilled professionals who align with the company’s objectives.
  • Establishing performance goals and metrics, conducting regular evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Implementing strategies to recognize and reward high achievers.
  • Cultivating a positive work culture by promoting open communication, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Ensuring company policies are in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Identifying training needs and organizing workshops or training sessions to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.

Reporting

  • Preparing yearly budget and strategic business plan for the whole year.
  • Create, review, revise, and update the company’s SOPs.
  • Monthly work planning, monthly reporting, daily work completion report.
  • Check weekly operation cost and approve from software.
  • Preparing an annual budget and comprehensive strategic business plan that outlines financial projections, goals, and strategies to guide the company’s activities throughout the year.
  • Crafting, reviewing, revising, and maintaining the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure streamlined processes, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Developing detailed monthly work plans that align with business objectives and priorities.
  • Compiling and presenting monthly reports that highlight key achievements, challenges, and progress toward goals.
  • Overseeing the generation of daily work completion reports that provide insights into the tasks accomplished, work in progress, and any pending items.
  • Actively engaging in various projects and meetings as directed by the CEO and the Company management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute expertise, drive initiatives, and share insights for informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 8 years experience in the related field.
  • Must have an exceptional grasp of business functions, showcasing remarkable budgeting and finance skills, coupled with strong leadership aptitude.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to work, consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Displays the ability to think strategically, effectively aligning decisions with the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Communicates fluently and articulately in both written and verbal forms, ensuring seamless information exchange within and outside the organization.
  • Excels in interpersonal interactions, showcasing negotiation skills and adeptness in resolving conflicts amicably.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of tasks.
  • Possesses a strong analytical aptitude, complemented by an understanding of human behavior, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, demonstrating the ability to delegate appropriately for optimized workflow.
  • Maintains professional working proficiency in both Myanmar and English languages
    Proficiently utilizes Microsoft Office applications and email platforms

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
