Job Requirements

  • M.B.B.S and MBA or any other management degree is also acceptable. Master Degree in healthcare management would be an added advantage.
  • Updated SAMA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in middle management position and 2 years of experience as Head of Department in relevant industry.
  • Good commands of English and MS office skills.
  • Good interpersonal, liaising and leadership skills.

Job Summary

  • General Manager is Head of Customer Care Department of the hospital and needs to define, set and audit customer service standards across the hospital. Responsibilities include ensuring smoothness in delivering healthcare to the public and also responsible for modeling a high level of customer focused behaviors among employees. General Manager needs to oversee hospitalization process, OPD service, and marketing team as well. Detailed duties and responsibilities can be discussed at personal interview.
