Job Requirement

Any Graduate.
Strong knowledge and relevant professional training (or) knowledge about Front Office operation.
Familiar with working shift duty.
Having minimum (2) years of work experience in related service field.
Good communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
Good team work is requested and necessary.
Ability and willingness to work under pressure as part of a professional team.

Job Descriptions

Managing the daily operations of Reception- Lodge, Guest House and partly restaurant operation.
Manage and overview all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, and report analysis.
Responsible for all aspects of Lodge operations in terms of not only customer’s but also employee’s satisfaction.
Participating in the selection, training and development, performance management of employees.
Coordinating with related department for strategic planning regarding to meet with sales and marketing goals.
Organizing and managing social media and website in align with marketing plan.
Contributing to the creation of lodge new projects, promotions and special offers.
Oversee and manage the entire inventory and supplies, monthly reports, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with the service.
Coordinating the ad hoc assigned jobs, if required.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: A day per week
