Job Descriptions

  • Must lead HR full scope of human resource function, which includes recruitment, compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management, job analysis and job description, manpower planning and employee relation.
  • Assist managing employee development, maintaining employer relation as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Arrange to KRA and KPI.
  • Administration for the overall work performance of a company.
  • Management of environment.
  • Gathering, adapting, storing and distributing information within the company.
  • Providing specialized support to other departments and mangers.
  • Document and telecommunication management.
  • Planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative functions.
  • Managing quality and cost control.
  • Rendering a service to other functions within the organization.
  • Providing training and development to the staff.
  • Managing the many fields of work which the employees carry out.
  • Ensuring that human and material resources are correctly utilized.
  • Meeting with other member of management and planning for the future.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays Day
