• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have HR Diploma or Certificate.
• Must have at least 3 years experiences in related field.
• Good understanding of Labour Law, SSB laws and Process.
• Proficient in MS Office word, excel and power point.
• Good social dealing skills and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Maintain and update employee records/files.
• Maintain employee profile and data in both soft and hard file.
• Handle HR Documents, leave records, attendance records, SSB, Employment Contracts, Recruitment & Selection.
• Arrange and Organizes the interviews.
• Arrange orientation and training for the new and current employees.
• Manage and process performance appraisals.
• Calculate and prepare the employees’ salary.
• Prepare & Extension for company license and other documentation.
• Produce office letters (Announcement, Office order, Notice Letter and Warning Letter) if necessary.
• Arrange the stationery, staff uniform, visiting card, advertising item and other office facilities.
• Handel travel arrangements (Such as air ticket, car rental), accommodation arrangement (such as Hotel Reservation).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
