Job Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • At Least 3years experience in related field.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Job Descriptions

  • Leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering payroll, allowance and leave, and ensuring compliance with company policies and practices at all levels.
  • Recruits and trains personnel and allocates responsibilities and office space.
  • Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of Customs Clearance (Preferable)
  • Able to work under pressure to meet the deadlines of duties or assignments.
  • Communicates between foreigners and customers if required.
  • Uses software and applications to upload, download and edit content if required.
    (Eg. Photoshop).
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Prefer to have Custom process knowledges.
  • Must be able to travel to other provinces.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays.
