Job Requirement

• BBA/BBM, Any Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in HR
• Minimum one years’ experience in HR & Admin field but Fresher can be also.
• Good in personal skills and communication skills.
• Ability to used MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain Admin & HR documents such as Attendance, Leave, Forms, Records and Office announcements.
• Control generator fuel expense and car kilometer record.
• Prepare Employee contracts, check and maintain office stationery and fixed assets.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly report to HR & Admin Supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by HR & Admin Supervisor.

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
