  • Any Bachelor’s degree with Diploma in HRD/HRM
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience as HR and Admin Manager
  • Must have experience in all HR functions
    Hands-on experience in development and implementation all HR policies, departmental functions, SOPs, KPIs
  • Must have experience in development of compensation and benefits structure.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong administration skills
  • Accountable for the administration of duties and functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Email
  • Able to travel
  • Able to work independently while still a team player with a strong commitment to department / company harmony.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage to identify and propose recommendations and solutions for areas of improvements needed organization-wide on organizational development initiatives to help improve on efficiency level.
  • Facilitate to develop standard operation procedure, departmental functions and KPIs
  • Conduct manpower planning, full-cycle recruitment of new employees, (including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers)
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs
  • Design and conduct training programmes / workshops according to the Learning Needs.
  • Manage payroll processing including: processing attendance and payroll data, reporting to payroll services, check verification and distribution
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan if as required developing salary structures
  • Conduct the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals
  • Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System
  • Produce regular performance reports for Management Team
  • Maintain all HR policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Develop and update employee rules and regulations
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate safety training programs for staff.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data stored in employee files; both in electronic form and hard copy.
  • Manage employees’ contract and keeping track of employees’ contract expiration and renewal.
  • Monitor to submit monthly employee dashboard timely and accurate.
  • Maintain compliance with Myanmar employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices
  • Prepare budget for HR operations, training, employee engagement
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc Corporate Human Resources initiatives and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Manage company asset effectively and accurately.
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and related logistics.
  • Develop and improve company administration policies and procedures
  • Control and monitor admin budget & office expenditures.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
