• Any Graduated (Diploma/Certificate HRM)
• Must have Experience in officer level (3) Years.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skill.
• Able to work under pressure and deadline.
• Must have knowledge of Labor Laws, Administration and Safety.
• More prefer certificate in Health and Safety course.
Job Descriptions
• Assist to HR & Admin Manager for development of HR & Admin Management function
• Provide day to day operations of the HR functions.
• Implementation compensation and benefits policies and Plans, HR policies, rules & regulations and action program for disciplinary issues.
• Recruit, interview and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
• Provide day to day operations of the HR functions.
• Implementation compensation and benefits policies and Plans, HR policies, rules & regulations and action program for disciplinary issues.
• Disciplinary Handlings, Staff Events, Benefits & General administrations
• Daily checking in Operation
• Daily support to Operation team as require
• Support the development of OHS policies and programs
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery, wearing PPE, etc.)
• Risk assessment review and report to HR & Admin Manager
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
