Job Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any graduated.
  • Certificate in HRM.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel, Software, Internet & Email).
  • Must Have 1 year of experience in HR Payroll.
  • Strong Communication skill, Flexible, and hardworking with high patience.
Job Descriptions
  • To do daily attendance checking process (Fingerprint/Duty Roaster, Duty Change etc.)
  • To do monthly attendance summary process for salary calculation.
  • To do fingerprint download process.
  • To do employee leave, late, absent report process (Software).
  • To do C&B section forms documentation control process.
  • Assist bank transaction process.
  • Assist EC contract process/Life insurance process.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operation by keeping information confidential.
  • To connect with related government office.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays:  Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays.
