Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any graduated.
- Certificate in HRM.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel, Software, Internet & Email).
- Must Have 1 year of experience in HR Payroll.
- Strong Communication skill, Flexible, and hardworking with high patience.
Job Descriptions
- To do daily attendance checking process (Fingerprint/Duty Roaster, Duty Change etc.)
- To do monthly attendance summary process for salary calculation.
- To do fingerprint download process.
- To do employee leave, late, absent report process (Software).
- To do C&B section forms documentation control process.
- Assist bank transaction process.
- Assist EC contract process/Life insurance process.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operation by keeping information confidential.
- To connect with related government office.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays.
