Job Requirements
  • Must be graduated
  • Must have HR Certificate (or) Diploma
  • Fluency in English
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • At Least 2years experience in related field
Job Descriptions
  • Assist to organize, compile, update company personal records and documentation
  • Check and follow up to recruitment process for interview arrangement and candidate’s appointment
  • Assist and perform to all company activities
  • Daily and weekly report to Manager
  • Support in monthly SSB and Income Tax process
  • Have knowledge of HR software
  • Well knowledge of Labor Laws
  • Check daily attendance record to all employees
  • Employee data management and reporting
  • Relation with government offices
  • Support to payment running process
  • Perform to assign by management
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays             : Saturday or Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefites            : Will provide Uniform, Communication allowance, Meal allowance and then travelling allowance after probation passed.
