Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable HR/Admin certificate or diploma)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Must have experience in HR operation – daily attendance, leave, finger print software.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail
  • Supervise overall human resources responsibilities
  • Supervise the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for open positions
  • Must have experience in the payroll process.
  • Prepare for weekly department plan and report.
  • Good interpersonal skill & communication skill.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Meal allowance +Transportation allowance + Phone bill allowance
