Responsibility (Job Descriptions)
- Responsible for salary, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and rewards throughout the organization.
- Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – SSB and PIT
- Preparation of monthly salary and overtime calculation.
- Responsible for Income Tax Calculation and SSB calculation.
- Dealing with government offices in terms of PIT and SSB.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment, and full and final settlements
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Maintaining and regularly updating the master database in SSHRM of each employee
- Support in salary review/bonus exercise, salary benchmarking, and maintaining records and information.
- Assist in updating and maintaining records of employees’ movement & salary adjustments on a timely basis
- Assist in implementing SSHR software
- Contribution to HR projects as needed
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements,
- Any Graduate (prefer in HR or Business Management)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Personal Hygiene Awareness
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and other related laws.
- Good in English 4 skills
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving, Data analyzing, training, and multi-skills.
- Self-motivation
- Healthy physically
- Careful and accurate.
- Work well under pressure
- Salary is 600,000 to 800,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
