Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate and Certificate (or) Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Must have (3) years experience in related field.
  • Active & Smooth Communication and Team working skills.
  • Willingness to learn and have to work any challenges and complain handling.
  • MS Office applications (Visio, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
  • Must have Human Resource knowledge and labour law in Myanmar.
  • Must be fluent English language

Job Description

  • Preparing transfer letters, Promotion/ Demotion letters, termination, resignation, and Warning letters.
  • Checking all employee OT .
  • Daily attendance checking and leave process in HR system and then report to MD.
  • Analysis of Leave, Late, Absent and Turnover result report.
  • Control and check Accident Record and Deduction Record.
  • To check the monthly SSB list and arrange to communicate with government office for SSB transaction as labor official income tax case.
  • Meeting invitation (per meeting schedule) and meeting minute follow up to relative department.
  • Training schedule prepare and enroll process.
  • Perform assigned by immediate superior for HR .

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
