Job Requirements
- Any Graduate, Diploma or Certificate in HR Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field. (More preferable Hotel field).
- Must be familiar with Myanmar Labor Law and regulations governing Human Resources.
- Able to use computer Office application (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email etc…)
- Manage overall human resources and administration responsibilities.
- Calculate the payroll process.
- Strong communication skill & interpersonal skill.
- Must have knowledge of team Management.
- Able to work in bagan.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: One day per week
