- Any Graduate, Diploma in HR Management
- At least 5 years of experience in related field.
- Must be fluently in English 4 skills
- Must have experience in managing, Payroll, Lobour Law, SSB, Income Tax.
- Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies. Understanding on local compliances, Talent
- Acquisition, Training & development, Performance management and HR interventions
- Good Communication Skills, MS- EXCEL, MS- POWERPOINT, Balanced, analytical thinker, Empathetic
- listener, problem solver, Result orientation, conflict Management
- Employee Complete Life Cycle and related documentation.
- Talent Acquisition for all levels till on boarding.
- Payroll Management and Compliances Management.
- Induction/Orientation Programme.
- Performance Management System.
- Employee Engagement Activities.
- Policy Formulations.
- HR Operations. (Designing Process, System and Policies)
- Training and Development.
- Organization Development and HR Interventions. Preferably specialization and implementation of at least One HR intervention.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5:00P.M.
Holiday : Sunday and public holiday
