Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor or diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • 3-5 year of experience in human resources management.
  • Preferred experience in construction related field.
  • An efficient person with strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, sociability skills and multicultural and reporting skill.
  • Strategic thinking and implementation.
  • Age between 30-45.

Job Description

  • Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and action of HR Department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, HR rules and regulations, procedures and functions.
  • Overseeing recruitment and selection process including preparing JD, handling employment contracts arranging, conducting interviews and exit interviews.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Good positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
