Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, Diploma in HR Management
  • At least 10 years of experience in related field
  • Understanding and setting up HR Processes & Policies. Understanding on local compliances, Talent
  • Acquisition, Training & development, Performance management and HR interventions
  • Good Communication Skills, MS- EXCEL, MS- POWERPOINT, Balanced, analytical thinker, Empathetic
  • listener, problem solver, Result orientation, conflict Management
  • Employee Complete Life Cycle and related documentation.
  • Talent Acquisition for all levels till on boarding.
  • Payroll Management and Compliances Management.
  • Performance Management System.
  • Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Policy Formulations.
  • HR Operations. (Designing Process, System and Policies)
  • Training and Development.
  • Organization Development and HR Interventions. Preferably specialization and implementation of at least one HR intervention.

Working Hours: 8:30A.M to 5:30 P.M
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays.
