• Manage and review all HR and Admin policies and procedures and ensure compliance to all statutory or regulatory requirements.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tacties and procedures across the organization
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Providing the necessary support systems for KPI.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Maintaining personal files and standard HR letters and correspondence
• Preparing ,updating, and implementing administrative systems ,human resource policies and Procedures.
• Oversee the performance appraisals, plan and assess the trainings of employees.
• Overall management of 3 main components of the company (Cars, Machines and Fixed Assets)
• Manage the issues concerning with Cars(inspection,repairing,insurance,accidents,rental,etc.)
• Manage the issues concerning with Machines (inspection,repairing,maintain,buying,etc.)
• Manage the issues concerning with Stationary and Office equipment (Computer,Printer,Network,Stationary, etc.)
• Manage the issues concerning with building and compound (Lighting, AC, General maintenance and repairing, etc.)
• All Other administrative matters outlined by management
• Any Graduated
• Must have Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related filed.
• Understanding of Myanmar labour law.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Hands-on, open-minded self-starter who is clear and independent thinker
Working Hour: 9:00 AM To 5:30 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
