Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Burmese and Chinese Language (HSK- 6).
- Strong experience in recruitment & selection.
- Have strong training ability, speech ability, teamwork ability and communication ability.
- Familiar with the application of office and other related office software.
Job Responsibilities
- Refreshing the job vacancy advertisements and redefining the right channel to attract the right person.
- Formulating a proper screening and selection metrics.
- Lead in making the workplace fun and engaging.
- Must have an interest and willingness to solve the complex human conflicts, coupled with an innovative mind.
- Bringing the new yet simple HR theories to workplace; and having a capacity to apply and to review.
- English proficiency is essential especially in reading and listening.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
