Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate should have a background in Human Resources, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. This position is well-suited for recent HR graduated or individuals with 2years work experience, as we provide opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Procurement:

  • Collaborate with various departments to identify procurement needs.
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.


2. Personnel Onboarding and Departure:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Manage the off boarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.


3. Employee Regulation Management:

  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries related to policies and regulations.


4. Language Proficiency:

  • Possess advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.


5. Flexibility and Support:

  • Provide support for tasks assigned by the leaders at any time.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in handling additional responsibilities as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or) related field.
  • Less working experience is acceptable; however, a strong desire to learn and contribute to the HR function is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.


Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
