Duties & Responsibilities

  • To maintain and update the Human Resources Management Policies and Procedures for the organization.
  • To manage the recruitment and selection process for the organization
  • To manage the compensation and benefits process
  • To maintain the rules and regulations of the organization
  • To handle and solve the various problem of the employees
  • To arrange the general management activities related to the employees of the organization
  • To conduct the training for Human Resources Executive and Human Resources Staff for the Human Resources Management activities
  • To manage the social security contribution, income tax payment, and other related government activities for the organization
  • To corporate the Human Resources Teams of the  factory for the general HR management activities
  • To corporate with the department managers for arranging the Human Resources and other various activities of the organization

Job Specifications

  • Must be between 30 and 55 years old
  • Must be a graduate (Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree)
  • Must have obtained a diploma related to Human Resource Management
  • Must be proficient in English 4 skills (Knowledge of the Korean Language is better)
  • Must be a good communicator and a good presenter
  • Must have at least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) well
  • Must understand relevant labor laws
  • Must be able to maintain and manage the company’s rules and regulations well
  • Must be able to create and maintain the company’s policies and procedures
  • Must be able to manage recruitment and selection
  • Must be able to handle payroll management
  • Must understand the social security board and income tax laws
  • Must be able to conduct the training and development program

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) & (First week Saturday of every month)
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry (Kamayut, Hlaing, North Okkalapa & South Okkalapa Township) will be provided
