Job Description

Receiving orders and checking against stock and inventory records.
Coordinating stock counts.
Monitoring supplier performance and analyzing discrepancies.
Communicating with internal and external stake holders.
Planning and forecasting ordering of inventory items such as stock, equipment and parts.
Monitoring inventory levels and planning delivery schedules.
Must be able to arrange container list and goods.
Produce weekly and monthly transaction report.
Provide daily stock closing balance for HOD and respective departments.

Job Specification:

Must Graduated
Proven 2 years working experience as an Inventory Supervisor or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particular with Advance Excel
Can type in both Myanmar and English
Attention to detail
Excellent organizational and problem solving skill is a must.
Able to efficiently and accurately manage daily responsibility
Able to work under pressure and dynamic environment
Good communication and coordination skill
Prefer who live near Hlaing Tharyar Township and able to work overtime as needed.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday Only
