Job Requirements
- 3-year+ experience in IT Management
- Expertise in Office 365 workspace and collaboration tools
- Experience with or knowledge of Finance Software development and management
- Experience in identifying cloud infrastructure requirements for software development projects, such as computing, storage, and networking resources.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum, as applied to software development projects
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Experience in Banking and Finance would be an advantage
Job Descriptions
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners, and others IT peripherals
- Monitoring and maintaining Computer Systems, Server, Networks and CCTV
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Provide necessary instruction/information and issue announcements and guideline to employees (accessing computers) on usage of critical computer systems, applications, optimal settings, and security practices
- Interface with users (responsible employees) to identify IT related needs and report to Management about requirements of that users whether repair, replacement or upgrade is needed
- Outsource IT related projects, arrange and lead meetings and discussions, closely collaborate with vendors during and after projects, maintain relationships with IT vendors
- Create IT-related policies, procedures and documentations required for business
- Perform checklists and for IT Department in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly manner.
- Identifying and managing cloud infrastructure requirements for software development projects, such as computing, storage, and networking resources.
- Lead IT Team, serves as liaison between vendor and Business to ensure smooth communication and prioritization of work during development of finance software
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday& Public Holidays
