Job Requirements

Preferably a graduated with IT-related degree (non-standard).
Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
Familiarity with POS system and web-based E-commerce software is a plus.
Must be able to communicate in both Burmese and English as well.
Must have a strong communication skill.
Able to go on-site as a daily basis.
Be a team player and also be supportive for on-site installation team if it’s needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Descriptions

Primarily going out to customer sites for giving software trainings.
Collect customers’ requirements and try to understand the customers’ pain points.
Document the additional customer requirements and properly align with internal team.
Refer to internal database (KBS) to provide accurate tech solutions to customers.
Ensure project delivery processes including account setup, data entry and related software configuration.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Occasionally doing research on the different software categories.
Document business-related procedures and technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
