Job Requirements

• At least one year of working experience in the related field of Networking/IT, ELV system.
• Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365.
• Good to have some knowledge and experience in security protection, Firewall, and VPN
• Good troubleshooting skills in PC, laptops, and software drives.
• Knowledge in access control, cctv (Optional).
• Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver consistent and quality outcomes within stipulated timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaboration, positive working attitude, and willingness to learn

Job Descriptions

• Design and commissioning of network system and ELV system
• IT & ELV system service/support including day-to-day operations, network management, installation of software monitoring, and problem resolution.
• Microsoft 365 Management and Support.
• Maintain office network connectivity such as internet and Wi-Fi Network.
• Troubleshoot problems associated with ELV system , network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized equipment.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
