Job Descriptions
- Prepare the daily record in logbook and monthly materials usage.
- Repaired and maintained the whole project, such as distribution system of 33 KV, 11KV,.4KV overhead line and underground cable, building office lighting, power and Water supply system, Raw water system and treated water system those including staff quarter, office, Residential Building Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, City Loft, The hanger, overhead pump) Fire Fighting pump. The irrigation system also included a pressure pump, control, and pipelines. Sewage system (Submersible pump, Air Blower, control system, etc.).
- Tube well submersible pump which is used for canal water filling and water used for water treatment plant, car washing pump. Street lighting and car parking lighting, etc.,
- Electricity and water consumption data collected from the whole project Monthly.
- Installation of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Air-con, Pumps, etc. if necessary.
- To check and monitor electricity and water consumption data for the whole project monthly.
- Responding to the smoothly run of all the machines and all the equipment as well.
- Improves the operational quality result by studying, implementing and evaluating.
- Review monthly the consumption of electricity and water unit usage for the whole project.
- To act for client inspection MEP work and handover process.
- To do making instruction & supervising of safety, guidance, workplace, and work done monitoring to operation Team.
- Dealing with contractors for yearly maintenance contracts of generators, water treatment plant and air-corn servicing. Also, tube wells development works, water quality test with third-party lab, transformer regular maintenance works and trimming works for 33KV overhead line.mn
- To do planning and undertaking Daily and monthly tidying & cleaning schedules & checklists for the team.
- Respond and deal with complaints/feedback/requests from internal customers.
- Able to perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Technical
- 2 years Experience and a good knowledge regarding the discipline of Electrical/Mechanical Power
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English Language (Writing + Speaking)
- High Level of Computer Literacy, advance MS Excel skills
- Ability to work rotation (Day/Night) shifts including weekends.
- Proactive, Team player with a high cooperation attitude and able to work under pressure
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
