𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
- Graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
- At least 10 years’ experience in related field
- Must had experience in Manufacturing of Steel, Aluminum, Metal, Lead and Heavy Machinery
- Able to communicate with English proficiently
- Daily Technical Issue can be managed to solve
- Well hands-on skill of fabrication & modification in installation works and repairing works
- Knowledge of local and international standards is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to do over time if needed

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
- Oversees a business’ maintenance tasks, including the upkeep of offices, buildings, grounds and company vehicles.
- Scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising Maintenance Workers and responding to maintenance emergencies.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied.
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM / and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Rotating with Duty Shift)
Holidays: One day per week
