Job Requirements

Must be proactive, driven, resourceful and entrepreneurial.
Must have excellent communication skill and like to talk to people.
Must minimally be fluent in conversational and written English and Burmese.
Must be proficient in computer usage, MS office (word, excel, outlook) and online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc).
Must have excellent social media skills to engage target audience (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, etc…).
Must have access to stable internet flow.
Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Must be able to come Singapore for 1 month for training, internship salary. Air ticket covered.

Job Descriptions

Responsible for creating contents using various social medical channels to reach out and engage target candidates seeking Singapore jobs and building up follower base.
Handle enquires from potential candidates seeking job in Singapore and following up for enrolment of training course in Yangon.
Follow up with successful candidates to explain the process and guide them on things to be done in Myanmar in preparation to come to Singapore.
Research and gather ground information to be on top of changes and form crucial connections (eg. Yangon airport clearance).
Be main point of contact between Singapore office and successful candidates.
Translating and talking to candidates who had reached Singapore if needed, especially those workers who have problem.
Handle office, administrative and operational matters when start to onboard staffs.

Working Hours: Follow Singapore working hours; Mon – Thu: 9am-7pm, Fri 9am-6pm. Sat & Sun as and when needed
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday
