Responsibilities:
- Build brand awareness through various media outlets.
- Work within various multimedia outlets to promote intake.
- Design and oversee ad layouts.
- Work within a team of marketers to collaboratively create an ad campaign.
- Prepare marketing statistics and access the results of a marketing campaign.
- Draft promotional design and liaise with designer and print for marketing.
- Planning events for fundraising.
- Participate in fundraising events.
- Effective reporting and analyzing skills.
- Monitor and analyze marketing trends for the industry.
- Digital Marketing Metrics and analysis.
- Content writing for social media marketing.
- High self-motivation level, energy, and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and work to tight deadlines.
Knowledge / Skills / Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor or Diploma in a related field
- Proven 3 years of experience in the Marketing field
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Content writing
- Proficient English writing and speaking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Proficient in social media using (Facebook, Linkin, Instagram, YouTube, and Website)
- Must be good at team management and communication skills
Qualifications / Certifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Diploma in Digital Marketing
- Master / Diploma in Business Management
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
