Job Description:
- Report to HOD.
- Prepare marketing plan, assign and lead the team to achieve the target within the timelines
- Manage stocks controls of the process of the Marketing team (Such as promotion items, and marketing team items)
- Perform market visits to check the team’s performance on the ground
- Handle nearly sales and damage can sales products
- Conduct events and activities
- Fulfilling the department’s needs assigned by HOD
Job Requirement:
- Any Bachelor’s degree and preferably a Sales & Marketing Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role in FMCG fields.
- Good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar and English Language.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, email, and Google Workspace.
- Good team-leading skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills are highly demanded.
- Able to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
