Job Specifications (JS)
- Candidates have to achieve any Degree.
- Must have a Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management (ICM) in the UK. (More prefer the MBA).
- Age under 45 years old.
- Also prefer the candidates who have the experience in Construction, Project & Batching Plants as a
- Marketing Manager for at least 5 years.
- Must be fluency in the English Language (4 Skills).
- Good personality skills & communication skills.
- Must have a beautiful complexion.
- (If getting more than it, it May be negotiable in the Interview Depending on experience and Skills )
Job Descriptions (JD)
- Need to research and analyze cement market trends, demographics, pricing strategy, competitor activities, and other relevant information.
- Have to explore & often visit any new potential customers to increase Salesforce.
- Must maintain the regular customer relationship for long-lasting, ensure customers feedback, and solve the customer problem in order to satisfy.
- Have to develop the business strategy and monitor brand management to meet the Company’s goals.
- Tracks all marketing data and creates detailed written reports to AGM, GM, and Director.
- Must handle the Premium Product for any Premium Potential Customers.
- Must penetrate the Cement Market but also able to try to achieve the market share mostly against the competitors.
- Have to prepare the business Strategy & implement the Sales plan to meet the Sales target at a specific time.
- Able to actually perform the Sales plan and functions, coordinate within the internal Departmental &
- Marketing team occasionally.
- Regularly report weekly & monthly reports to AGM, GM, and Director.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
