Job Descriptions

  • Supervise orientation and training for new shop PCS.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all PCs are provides the same level of service according to company’s standard.
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints by determine optimal solutions.
  • Manage all shop operational issues, to include shop housekeeping, shop administrative duties, daily stock counting, daily sales deposit.
  • Manage all shop documents are fills completely and submitted properly.
  • Ensure the PCs are understand how to fill the all shop documents. Example, sale pay in list, return form, memo form, supply request form etc.
  • Review sales reports weekly with shop employees and analyze then report to supervisor.
  • Manage the staff attendance, OT and planning.
  • Immediate report to Brand Manager, if there is any irregular happen. o Performing Marketing activity such as promoting, event or relevant.
  • Oversee new channel to increase the sale in area (Wholesale and retail).

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry & Uniform will be provided
