Job Description
- Manage all marketing initiatives, from strategy development to execution, with a strong focus on digital marketing, content, and brand management

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Lead the marketing team by providing direction, mentorship, and support for individual growth and team collaboration.
- Align marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and value proposition across all channels.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints and channels.
- Guide brand development initiatives, including rebranding products, brand extensions, and storytelling strategies.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, etc.) to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Build a content strategy that enhances brand awareness, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze marketing performance data and customer insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Report regularly on key marketing metrics and campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product teams to design go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Drive initiatives focused on improving customer experience and retention through targeted campaigns and communication.
- Cultivate partnerships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and media outlets.
- Lead PR strategies and crisis management communication.
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Software Engineering, IT, MBA or related degree
- At Least of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading marketing teams and driving growth through innovative strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and product marketing.
- Must be able to work by using CRM.
- Must be able to work smart, work hard and overtime to complete assignments when needed.
- Must be able to work in Public Sector, Private Sector and Foreign Projects without preferences.
- Must be able to work long hours and on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays with appropriate compensation if necessary
- Must be able to sign a one-year contract after the probation period of three months
- Must provide one months’ notice upon resignation
- English language proficiency
- Decent Personality, Team spirit, Strong Work Ethics and Motivation
- Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skill to solve and troubleshoot challenging problems
- Professional and positive communication skills
- Team player, self-motivated and ability to take ownership of the work
Preferences - Proficiency in other Foreign Languages: especially Japanese/Chinese
- Experience and Expertise Marketing Management for Enterprise Solutions for B2B
- Proficiency with Data Analysis, Forecasting, and Budgeting
Working Hour: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
