Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • Understanding of public relations.
  • Advanced communication skills and interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change of the market trend.
  • Good digital literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies strategy.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Meet the planned marketing goals.
  • Managing the company’s social media.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and artists.
  • Ensuring the marketing team members are maintaining their maximum work performance capacity.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
