Job Requirements

BE/ GTI (Mechanical/ Electrical).
At least 2 years of experience in the field of M&E (electric, Chiller system, VRF…).
Good in English Language.
Proficient in using MS Office.
High sense of responsibility, honest.
Good presentation and communication skills.

Job Descriptions

Operating mechanical electrical refrigeration system, monitoring BMS system.
Maintenance works of mechanical – refrigeration system.
Planning for implementation and supervision maintenance works of Chiller system, VRF, split air conditioners.
Planning for implementation and supervision of ventilation fan system (exhaust fan, fresh air supply, kitchen smoke exhaust, kitchen fresh air supply, toilet exhaust…), mechanical and electromechanical related works.
Contact, monitor and coordinate with contractors for maintenance jobs.
Other tasks as assigned by management and leadership.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
