Duties/Responsibilities:

A vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various machinery and equipment.
Will be responsible for implementing the Operation PM (Preventive Maintenance) plans, including annual, monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance activities.
Primary focus will be on the Extruder machine, Mixing system machinery, Packing machine, and other related equipment.
Checking machine maintenance Extrusion process /Grinding and mixing process / Conveyor system / Packing machine such as CHRONOS, Yamato, AUTOPACK / Bag sewing machine / METAL DETECTOR / Conveyor belt / Sealer / Lid cover machine including other related equipment according to the PM plan
Track, measure, store data, and record machine performance. Along with keeping a history of various machines
Improved repair and replacement of machinery parts, hand lift maintenance, and machinery in the factory.
Follow up to fix the problem of compressor air / raw materials/steam/1iquids leaking in the system.
Additionally, will be involved in machine history storage, machine repair, replacement of machinery parts, preventing loss from raw materials leakage, and maintaining the factory’s forklifts, hand lifts, and pump systems.
Make a decision to repair or change the machine’s equipment so that the machine can work efficiently.
Offer information about machine maintenance guidelines.
Inform the need for spare parts of machines to arrange the next repair.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirement:

Diploma in Major Technical, mechanical, industry technical, automotive technical, electrical or other related fields
(2) years experience in caring for machine maintenance and repairing machines or industrial machines
The ability to weld, Installation various equipment
Able to use Microsoft office basic.
The ability to use instruments for measure machinery and able to repair various pumps.
Team player with good working attitude and Ability to balance priorities under pressure
Good Command of English (writing, reading, speaking)

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 4:50PM
