Job Requirements

Mechanical or Electrical degree in Engineering
Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, AutoCAD and schematics associated with trade
At least 2 years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
Construction procedures and practices
Computer literate Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driving license prefer.

Job Descriptions

Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
Co-ordination with Client, Consultant and Main Contractor both at site level and with main contractor’s engineers.
To be part of proactive MEP Site Team
Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
