Job Requirements
- At least 10 years experience as senior management level in FMCG Sales and Distribution management field and must have fundamental marketing concepts.
- Persuasion skills to be able to convince key customers to purchase goods and inspire employees to succeed.
- Effective communication skills to both listen and speak to all types of individuals.
- Strong management skills to lead employees across different territories and must have proactive management manner.
- Must have sales analysis thinking, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and project
- management.
- Able to work under pressure and intensive travel.
- Arrange in National Sales Target Setting, Drop Size Monitoring, All Channel Management, Order Placement & DTR Management, Daily Sales Monitoring by SD;DTR
Working Hours: 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays
