Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder and preferred administration or management
• Minimum 2 years experience in office management operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to type both English and Myanmar languages
• Must have IT knowledge
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
Job Descriptions
• Organize to ensure the office is well maintained, good hygiene and strong safety, including supervision of cleaning staff
• Arrange office supplies including stationeries, cleaning stuffs and other necessities.
• Responsible for the office equipment, electrical infrastructures and electronic devices control and maintenance.
• Manage IT problems and contact the necessary supports.
• Ensure payments of the regular services as internet, utilities bills and other are made timely.
• Record and manage the daily expense and prepare accurate and timely report to the HOD.
• Assist CFO in arranging contracts and negotiations with the leasing and service providers.
• Deal with the government office as needed and maintain the legal documents and forms
• Assist for the new staff hiring process and filing the contracts with necessary documents.
• Perform data entry process supervised by the manager and assist the online customer service support.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Department as required and undertake any other ad-hoc
• Duties as assigned job.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
