Responsibilities
• Prepare Sale Target for Marketing Team and check their target by monthly – Purchasing from Oversea Countries
• Prepare and check the stock for purchasing plan
• Making the bid as per customer demand
• Record the price of the material /goods by daily/monthly
• Prepare the documents to apply import permit
• Negotiate the delivery time with supplier as customer desire
• Prepare the schedule for B.O.D when they have oversea trip
• Book the accommodation and air ticket for B.O.D
• Participate the meeting and submit the Meeting Minute to BOD
• Work as a translator for the seminar
• Communicate with the Bank for the remittance case to Supplier
• Check the shipping documents for taking out the cargos.
• Trace, Track and expedite purchase processes for Container and documents – Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
• Create and maintain contact with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Interact with third party logistics service providers
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
• Review bills, invoices and purchase orders
• Ensure all payments are processed in time
• Assist customers with inquiries
• Create packing lists and update shipment information in database
• Complain damage to supplier
• Prepare and check for Bank required documents.

Job Requirements
• Any graduate and Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Management.
• 2 years of experience as Secretary
• Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Proficiency in appointments scheduling and call forwarding systems.
• Must be Fluent in English 4 skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

 

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry will be provided
